Butlins tournament for U10s-U12s – DATE CHANGE

We are pleased to inform you of an exciting opportunity for KTFC players this season. We would like to enter three age groups, U10’s, U11’s and U12’s into the ESF tournament, hosted at Butlins Bognor Regis.

The tournament is a three day event, running from Friday 27th to Monday 30 May (Late May Bank holiday weekend), matches will be played on the Saturday and Sunday, at a sports club within walking distance of the Butlins site, with a Sunday night presentation for all players (last year hosted By Robert Pires!).

All players who sign up for this tournament will need to be accompanied by a parent, but the whole family is welcome as the price includes all the usual Butlins facilities and entertainment. The price is dependant on numbers but as a rough guide, it is about £150 per person. ( So for example one adult and one child would be a total of £300.00) Accommodation can be upgraded, for an additional cost if required. There will also be a £15 registration fee per player for entry into the tournament.

Please note the price does not include travel, food or drink. it is for accommodation and use of the facilities only. We will be looking into travel arrangements at a later date, however parking is provided on site and trains run regularly from Central London.

For more information about the tournament please take a look at the website:

As the tournament is very popular, we need to book as soon as possible, so we will need the form below sent back to us by Wednesday 2nd December, along with a deposit of £15 per player. Once we have an idea of numbers we can then give you a better idea of the total price, please note that we will need a deposit of approximately £30 per person to book the accommodation-this will be needed by the 20th December. Please download and fill in the form here, and return to one of the coaches.

This is a wonderful opportunity for the players to bond, and will be very beneficial to their progress as a team and individually. We hope that many of you can make it. If you have any questions, please ask a member of the coaching team, Matt , John or Ben.
